Summary
[edit]DescriptionLiberty Hall and the Loop Line Railway Bridge - geograph.org.uk - 1743222.jpg |
English: Liberty Hall and the Loop Line Railway Bridge. The 16 storey Liberty Hall, Dublin's first "skyscraper" (1960s vintage), houses the offices of the trade union SIPTU (The Services, Industrial, Professional and Technical Union) which represents over 200,000 Irish workers. The bridge carries the DART line between Connelly and Pearse Street stations. Many regard these twin structures as eye-sores.
