| Description |
English: Lewis Gun Mounting near Pont Pen-y-Benglog. This is one of a number of such concrete mountings dating from WWII found in the passes of Snowdonia. Another is to be found by the tunnels at Bwlch Aberglaslyn SH5946. The gun, a light Machine Gun, was mounted on to the brass boss at the top of the concrete pillar.
