English: Lewes-Keymer Junction Railway Built in 1847 to provide a link between the county town of Lewes and the main London-Brighton line. Engineering works on the line on this day meant I was pretty safe crossing it. The track here bends towards the bridge that carries the line over Novington Lane. |
