Description
English: Lettre de cachet exposed in the fort-Royal of the Sainte-Marguerite island (Alpes-Maritimes, France). A lettre de cachet allowed the king of France to send into jail arbitrarly anybody he did not approved.

de se transporter au Couvent des Religieux
de la Charité a Charenton pour en tirer le nommé
de Montilion et le conduire aux Isles Sainte-
Marguerite. Fait a Versailles le 28 février
