Description
English: Letter from the Embassy of the Republic of Vietnam in Taipei to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (April 14, 1975), in which the Embassy pays tribute to the Ministry and asks it to forward the attached official telegram of congratulations from President Nguyen Van Thieu of the Republic of Vietnam to President Yen Chia-kan on his inauguration. The letter number is No 456-DB/VP.
