Summary

[edit]
Description

Very solid capped brick pilar with victorian wall box. As suggested, in the middle of nowhere, between Long Melford and Bury St Edmunds. At Chadacre was found the first residential Agricultural instute in Britain, which only closed in 1990 just before this photograph after a life of 70 years.

Anyone know about the all yellow plaque? (answer, thanks Yercombe,: move along please, nothing to see, perfectly normal then...)
