| Description |
English: "I’ve found out that I make enough money to do what I want, at the present time, and that is to get my Masters Degree in Political Science. Of course what I really wanted was a commission but inasmuch as that’s impossible I’d like to go to the graduate school, at either American or George Washington Universities, and work on my M.A.
I doubt very much if I could ever capitalize on it, but while I have the time to put in on my thesis I’d like to take advantage of it. The only drawback is getting the transfer. I could complete the necessary work in an academic year, that is from Sept. to June, and the only lectures are given it might, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so you see that would hardly interfere with my duties as a Marine."
