Description
Français : Les vents déferlants. Œuvre de Paul Béliveau inaugurée en 2002 et localisée sur le terre-plein central l'avenue Honoré-Mercier à Québec. « Avec sa queue de coq pour oriflamme, Notre-Dame-des-Victoires chante la France en terre d'Amérique. S'élevant sur le site du premier établissement de la ville, à cheval sur l'«Abitation» de Champlain et l'ancien magasin du Roi, l'église devient le symbole de la résistance française et manifeste la foi en l'avenir de nos pionniers et bâtisseurs.  »
