Description

La commune de Köpenick a su mettre en valeur sa vieille ville et son château-musée, elle a aménagé une magnifique promenade sur ses rives à la confluence de la Spree et de la Dahme.

Sur son territoire, on trouve aussi de vastes espaces boisés et le plus grand lac de la région : le grosser Müggelsee sur lequel les berlinois pratiquent de nombreuses activités de loisirs.

De très belles maisons ont été construites le long de la Müggelspree qui permet de rejoindre en bateau le grand lac depuis le centre de Köpenick.

Ces atouts en ont fait un lieu de villégiature de l'ancien Berlin-est, qui reste aujourd'hui toujours très fréquenté.
