Si lon sen rapporte à léty-mologie que Voffius donnne à ce dernier mot, il nous pa-roîtra plein de fens : Noras ou Uorat dans le dialeftique Cal-daique, fignifie tout à la fois enrichir & appauvrir. La Fortunene pouvoit être mieux caraflérifée dun feul trait. Les Etrufques repréfentoient quelquefois la Déeffe Nonia ou■la Fortune , portant fur fon bras un jeune Enfant, Plutus, k■Dieu des richeffes.
