Le deuxième curé fut M. Cléomène Lafond, de 1893à 1896. En 1896, M. Pierre-Georges Béliveau revint prendrela desserte et la garda jusquen 1904. Le quatrième curé fut M. C. E. Stéphane Provencher,de 1904 à 1908. Il fut remplacé, en 1908, par M. labbé Ephrem Le-mire, qui desservit la paroisse jusquen février 1916. A cette date, M. labbé Arthur Leblanc fut nommécuré et occupa ce poste jusquen septembre 1921. M. labbé Irénée Courteau fut curé de Ste-Elisabethde septembre 1921 à lété 1924. Edouard Leclerc était âgé de vingt et un ans,François Pellerin âgé de 16 ans et Narcisse Béliveau âgéde 13 ans. A lautomne précédent, Edouard Leclerc avait fait unvoyage dexploration en compagnie de deux chasseurs dunom de Piché. Le trajet se fit en suivant le cours de larivière Nicolet. Rendus dans le haut du canton de Stan-fold les deux chasseurs continuèrent leur route.
