iaville le 11 octo-bre 1872, âgée de 54 ans. ANTOINE BARIL (1) Antoine Baril, fils de Antoine Baril et de MargueriteMailhot-Boisclair, fut baptisé le 20 avril 1805, à Saint-Pierre les Becquets, où il se maria, en premières noces, le 8novembre 1831, à Tharsile Pépin, fille de Michel Pépin,et de Françoise Lanneville. Antoine Baril arriva dans les Bois-Francs vers 1840.Il bâtit un moulin à scie sur la rivière Nicolet, à quelquesarpents du Mont Christo. Ce fut Antoine Baril qui fit,à Victoriaville, le premier barrage sur la rivière Nicolet.Tharsile Pépin décéda à Saint-Christophe le 25 juin 1870,âgée de 60 ans. En secondes noces, Antoine Baril épousa,à Saint-Grégoire, Marie Parenteau. Après la mort deson mari, celle-ci retourna à St-Grégoire, où elle mourut. Antoine Baril fut inhumé à Saint-Christophe le 14avril 1884. Il était le père de Thomas Baril, marié enpremières noces, à Saint-Christophe, le 1er février 1853, (1) Généalogie, Tome II, page 365.

En secondes noces, il épousa, à Saint-Christophe, le 6 avril 1863, Euphémie Gagnon, domiciliéeà Saint-Christophe, fille de Prudent Gagnon et de JosetteOuellet, de lIslet Thomas Baril mourut à Saint-Christophe le 12 avril1907, âgé de 74 ans. Euphémie Gagnon mourut à Saint-Christophe le 28 mai 1923, âgée de 83 ans. MOÏSE HEBERT-FOURNIER Moïse Hébert-Fournier, fils de François Hébert-Fournier et de Marie Duclos-Carignan, naquit à Gentilly,le 1er février 1815, et fut baptisé à Saint-Pierre les Bec-quets, le même jour. Le 4 février 1834, il épousa, à Saint-Pierre, OliveNault, baptisée le 8 février 1815, fille de Julien Nault et deMarguerite LalIier-Marche-à-terre.
