Description

Lepthyphantes (or should that be Tenuiphantes) male, probably either L. flavipes or L. mengei (Linyphiidae).

Length 1.8mm, all tibiae with 2 dorsal spines, all metatarsi with 1 spine, no trichobothria on 4th leg metatarsi, trichobothria c.15% along 1st leg metatarsi. Abdomen plain black.

From leaf litter within (damp part of) wood, Bricket Wood Common, Hertfordshire, England, 16th April 2012.
