| Description |
English: Lengthways view of Ty Mawr Ynyspandy After the quarry closure in 1867, the Ynyspandy mill was used for religious services prior to the building of Capel Saron and, also, on one memorable occasion, for an Eisteddfod. Later, the building was stripped of its timber which was used in building at Wern manor house near Porthmadog, and the wheel and machinery scrapped. The building is now under the care of the Snowdonia National Park Authority. |
