DescriptionLemken Zirkon 10-300 Kreiselegge Messerzinken.jpg |
English: Tractor-side view of the rotating tines and the levelling bar (behind) of a Lemken Zirkon 10/300 rigid power harrow (blue), which is mounted to the drawbar frame of a trailed potato planter (red) here. – This rotary harrow has a working width of 3 m, and is equipped with 12 counter-rotating rotors (and hence with 12 tine carriers with a pair of tines each). The tine carriers are aligned slightly shifted against each other. The Dual-Shift transmission of the Zirkon 10 series, which was established in 2003, allows adjustment of the rotating speed, as well as – without manual replacement of tines – alteration of the tine rotating direction (switching between standard "drag" and more aggressive "grip" operation mode). The long tines visible here are of the SZ 38 type (quick-change tines with a length of 38 cm). They are suitable especially for soil loosening in potato farming. |
