Deutsch: Lehrvertrag aus dem Jahr 1916

Lehrvertrag,
Zwischen der Firma Richard Neubert und Söhne Feilenfabrik Hier und dem Steinmetz
und Bildhauer Otto Frister Hier ist nachstehende Vereinbarung getroffen worden.
Herr Otto Frister als Vater, gibt seinen Sohn, Oskar Otto Frister vom 3. April 1916
an, auf 3 hintereinander folgende Jahre in die oben genannte Firma zur Lehre
und verpflichtet sich seinen Sohn zu Gehorsam und Fleiß während dieser 3 Jahre
anzuhalten, auch soll derselbe gebunden sein während dieser 3 Jahre,
wenn nicht Krankheit vorliegt, seine Lehrstelle nicht zu verlassen.
Die Firma Richard Neubert und Söhne verpflichtet sich dagegen,
den Lehrling Oskar Otto Frister das Feilenhauerhandwerk so gut als er es
aufnimmt zu erlernen, damit derselbe als brauchbarer Mensch überall
sein gutes Fortkommen finden kann.
Die Firma sorgt dafür, dass der Lehrling die Fortbildungsschule besucht, und zahlt
demselben auch diese zu versäumenden Stunden mit den üblichen
Tagesstunden aus.
Im übrigen gelten die bestehenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
