Description

A view of part of the shelving arrangement and access lift at the Discovery Centre, Leeds, England. This is the permanent collections store for Leeds Museums and Galleries.

The shelves in the picture hold just some of the large 19th-century and early 20th-century taxidermy collection. Many of the taxidermy items here were transferred from Salford Museum to Leeds in 1982.
