Description
English: Lechon manok or known as split-roasted chicken is one of the usual dishes that is set in every Filipino home everytime there is an occasion. It is also believed that the most delicious part of lechon manok is the skin and legs. This recipe is best cooked on fire using charcoal that will last to 20-30 minutes, however, many would use oven at this time. Filipino’s dine is complete with this on its table.
