Description
English: U.S. Space Force Lt. Gen. Stephen N. Whiting, commander Space Operations Command, and CMSgt Jacob Simmons, senior enlisted leader of Space Operations Command, placed their Headquarters Space Operations uniform patches and written notes to future Guardians into the SpOC time capsule in celebration of the command's 2nd anniversary on Oct 27, 2022, Peterson Space Force Base, Colo. Every year until 2030 SpOC leadership will add something to the box representing that year. In 2030 the time capsule will be officially opened for review. (Photo by Amber K. Whittington)
