Title
Lead Shot
Description
English: Lead Shot. Cast ball with mould line and sprue removal scar. This would probably serve for a light fowling piece or 'rook and rabbit' gun. Unusually, the surface is grey and unpatinated, suggesting a slightly later date than is usually ascribed to such shot. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1750-1850

Diameter: 11.7mm, Weight: 9.28gms
