Description
Français : S.A.R. le prince Philippe de Belgique, comte de Flandre.
English: H.R.H. Prince Philippe of Belgium, Count of Flanders. He wears the uniform of the the Cavalry and the Grand Cordon breast star and sash of the Order of Leopold. The engraving is reversed; the order's sash should be worn from the right shoulder (instead of the left as shown here), and the star should be worn on the left side.
