Garros – voiturettes de sport » crée vers 1909 par le futur aviateur Roland Garros, alors jeune entrepreneur (21 ans) et agent du fabricant d'automobiles Grégoire, 6 Avenue de la Grande-Armée, Paris, France. Sur cette photo, l'enseigne de la devanture indique bien le numéro 6, alors que l'emplacement ainsi que l'entrée ornementée visible à gauche – qui subsiste – appartiennent à l'immeuble portant actuellement (2018) le numéro 8.
