Description

Vue de la Casina delle Civette, musée du vitrail de la ville de Rome (Villa Torlonia) 

La "Casina delle Civette" (maison des hiboux) est un des édifices les plus surprenants de la Villa Torlonia. Construite en 1840 par Giuseppe Jappelli selon le modèle des chalets suisses, elle a été remaniée en 1908 et 1916-1920 dans le style néogothique. La ville de Rome y a installé un musée du vitrail art nouveau où sont exposés de magnifiques vitraux décoratifs de l'école italienne du début du XXème siècle.
