Description Pour imiter la renaissance italienne, quoi de mieux que des colonnes ioniques et du marbre. Cet ensemble de colonnes fut parcouru notamment par les fondateur du Conseil de l'Europe qui y firent leur premier conseil en 1949 après avoir proclamé la création de cette institution.
