le général Charles ROUEN, époux de José STRAATMAN, avec sa nièce Louise van Dievoet.

Joséphine (José) Pétronelle STRAATMAN, née le 15 avril 1842, épousa à Bruxelles le 30 avril 1862 Charles Auguste Jean Baptiste ROUEN, lieutenant-général des grenadiers et historien militaire, né à Anvers le 9 juillet 1838, auteur d’un livre réputé: L’Armée Belge. Exposé historique de son organisation, de ses costumes et uniformes, de son armement et de sa tactique depuis les temps primitifs jusqu’à nos jours, Bruxelles, Lyon-Claesen, 1896, fils de Guillaume, capitaine au 6ème régiment de ligne, ancien cadet aux hussards de Croy, et d’Henriette Elius.
