Le temple Sensoji, avec sa pagode à cinq étages est consacré à Kannon, le Bodhisattva de la Compassion. Fondé en 628, c'est le temple le plus ancien de Tokyo ; détruit lors des bombardements de Tokyo, il a été reconstruit en 1958.
