Description
Français : Au 3ème étage on trouve un Alsacien assis sur une pile de livres. Cette statue pourrait être dûe à Philippe Grass, qui connaissait bien M. Muller-Simonis (mais aucune preuve concrète). Le personnage pittoresque au 3e étage symbolisant l'alsacien est l'emblème du journal « Le Nouvel Alsacien - der Elsässer ». Il surplombait l'ancienne entrée de ce journal. Entre les deux guerres, cet emblème a été utilisé pour illustrer les documents publicitaires du journal. Source : Vivre à Strasbourg.
