Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Laxman Temple in Sirpur, Chhattisgarh is one of the finest brick temple in India. It is situated on the banks of river Mahanadi in Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh State. The temple is in very good state compared to the other ruins of this place. This temple can be described as the remains of a very rich cultural heritage of Chhattisgarh in ancient times. The temple was built in 650 AD. This picture I took on a rainy day, the clouds are clearly visible in background.
