Description
Deutsch: Gut Geisendorf

Der Ort Geisendorf wurde 1455 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt. Das Gutshaus wurde um 1600 errichtet, in späteren Jahren vergrößert und umgebaut. In den vielen Jahren hatte das Gut wechselnde Eigentümer. Der letzte Eigentümer vor der Bodenreform, die am 2.9.1945 proklamiert wurde, war Hansen Burscher von Saher. Der Ort Geisendorf wurde nach 1990 bis 2001 wegen des Abbaus der Braunkohle umgesiedelt. Das Gutshaus bleibt bestehen und wird als Kulturzentrum der Lausitzer Braunkohle genutzt.
