Deutsch: Abbruch des Gebäudes "Laurenzgasse 8-10". Das Haus wurde im Jahr 1924 von den Architekten B. Altmann und E. Liebesny entworfen. Die Bauherren waren Laura und Michele Russo.
"Kleiner Wohnbau mit seichten überhöhtem Mittelrisalit und neobiedermeierlichem Dekor. Je zwei Fenster durch Rahmungen zusammengefasst. In der Sockelzone Supraposition von Keller- und Mezzaningeschoßfenstern. Über einem Kordongesims Hauptgeschoß, mit Riesenpilastern am Mittelrisalit, Blendbaluster in den Parapetfeldern und Lünettenbekronungen; zwischen den Fenstern pylonenartige Pfeiler mit bekrönenden Puttenfiguren. An den Rücklagen einfache Fensterrahmungen und Parapetgesimse auf Konsolen. Am Mittelrisalit einfache Attikafenster mit profiliertem Kranzgesims. Das Haus ist ein interessantes und typisches Beispiel für die neobiedermeierliche Architektur im Anschluß an die dekorativen Strömungen der Wiener Werkstätte der Zwischenkriegszeit." HAJÓS G. (Hrsg.)
