Summary

[edit]
Description When Fort Huachuca was still a Cavalry Post, the women that lived here would spread their wash on this singular ridge, sparse of vegetation save for the grass and a few low bushes. The ridge was bathed in sun from dawn till dusk, providing the perfect location to dry their laundry. Hence, the name.
