Description Front view of the last U.S. Air Force McDonnell F-4 Phantom (in this case RF-4C s/n 68-0609) converted into a full-scale aerial target (FSAT) by the 309th AMARG. 318 F-4s were converted to target drones. Starting in 2013, only General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft will be converted to QF-16 FSATs.
