Русский: Высоцкий Иван Витольдович,

род. 1880, Волынская губ., г. Ковель, русский, б/п, научный редактор Советской Военной Энциклопедии, полковник запаса. Адрес: Большой Ржевский пер., д.11, кв. 16. Расстрелян 02.04.1938. Место захоронения: Коммунарка.

Имя Высоцкого есть в сталинском расстрельном списке от 28 марта 1938 года, подписанном Сталиным, Молотовым, Кагановичем, Ждановым, Ворошиловым. Смертный приговор Верховная коллегия Военного суда вынесла 2 апреля 1938 года. Высоцкого расстреляли в тот же день. Ему было 58 лет.

Иван Витольдович Высоцкий был реабилитирован в 1957 году.
