English: The Last Address Sign is a commemorative plaque that is installed on the last known residential address of victims of the Soviet Union's Communist regime. The memorial sign is a small, 11x19 cm stainless steel plaque that contains information about the repressed person. This information usually contains his or her name, profession, date of birth, date of arrest, date and reason of death (was shot or died in a Soviet concentration camp), and date of rehabilitation ('for lack of corpus delicti').

«Последний адрес»
В воскресенье, 3 июня 2018 года, в Москве на фасаде дома № 22 по Большой Никитской улице была установлена мемориальная табличка «Последний адрес» с именем чешского автомеханика Константина Ивановича Машека
Константин Машек работал мастером в мастерских 1-го авторемонтного завода «Метрострой». Был арестован 12 марта 1938 года со стандартным обвинением в шпионаже: «...прибыл в 1923 году из Праги. В Москве он поддерживает связи с эмигрантскими кругами, подозреваемыми в шпионаже».
19 мая 1938 года Константин Машек был приговорен к смертной казни по обвинению во «вредительской шпионской контрреволюционной деятельности и в том, что являлся чешским шпионом и передавал сведения шпионского характера об автозаводе». 29 мая Константин Машек был расстрелян. Ему было 55 лет.
Сосед Машека по квартире поляк Вячеслав Матвеевич Ауэрбах также был обвинён в шпионаже, арестован в тот же день, что и Машек – 12 марта 1938 года, приговорён к расстрелу 29 июля и 13 августа расстрелян. База данных «Мемориала» содержит сведения о расстрелянных палачами НКВД СССР 64 жителях Большой Никитской улицы Москвы, в том числе 9 расстрелянных из дома № 22.
