DescriptionLast Address Sign - Moscow, Basmanny Tupik, 10 (2017-08-20) 23.jpg	English: The Last Address Sign is a commemorative plaque that is installed on the last known residential address of victims of the Soviet Union's Communist regime. The memorial sign is a small, 11x19 cm stainless steel plaque that contains information about the repressed person. This information usually contains his or her name, profession, date of birth, date of arrest, date and reason of death (was shot or died in a Soviet concentration camp), and date of rehabilitation ('for lack of corpus delicti'). Москва, Басманный тупик, 10/12 - Дом Рабочего жилищно-строительного кооперативного товарищества (РЖСКТ) “Обрабстрой”. «Последний адрес» военного Ивана Яковлевича Строда.

- Строд Иван Яковлевич, род. 1894, в г.Люцин Витебской губ., поляк, член ВКП(б), персональный пенсионер РККА. Адрес: Басманный туп., д.10/12, кв.50. Рассстрелян 19.08.1937 года по обвинению в «участии в антисоветской террористической организации красных партизан Забайкалья». Место захоронения: Донское. Могила 1. Место хранения дела: Центральный архив ФСБ России.

По данным общества Мемориал в 1937-38 годах палачи НКВД СССР репрессировали 19 жителей дома “Обрабстрой”. Из них 14 человек были расстреляны.

В декабре 2014 года на фасаде дома 10/12 были установлены первые две мемориальные таблички: «Последний адрес» инженера Павла Георгиевича Кринкина и сторожа домоуправления Николая Егоровича Крылова. В марте 2015 года на доме была установлена третья памятная табличка: «Последний адрес» Гавриила Дмитриевича Неверовича,
