| Description |
Deutsch: Laryngeale Penetration in der Schluckuntersuchung mit Kontrastmittel (isoton) bei ausgeprägter funktioneller Störung der pharyngealen Schluckfunktion. Das Kontrastmittel kann bei nicht ausreichend nach oben und vorne bewegtem Larynx in diesen eintreten. Die Glottis ist noch geschlossen, so dass es jetzt noch nicht zur echten Aspiration kommt. Diese folgte dann postdeglutitiv. |
