| Description |
English: Large House on Small Site. The newly built house is situated on Soutergate on the site formerly occupied by some old garages. As can be seen the plot has very little depth, running from the street to the new brick wall on the left of the picture. The ground floor back rooms will be distinctly short of natural light. Our strange planning laws mean that even a restricted site like this is probably worth £75,000 to £100,000. |
