But evidently, during the lapse of such aperiod, a great part of the potential reserves will become available forthe industry by reason of the extension of communications and the pro-gress of our technical knowledge—they will pass to the actual group inthe same manner as also a great portion of the hitherto unknown orereserves in the districts belonging to groups B and C will be possibkto draw upon.
