Deutsch: Bildstock von 1596
Der älteste Großrinderfelder Bildstock thront bereits seit mehr als 400 Jahren auf dem ersten Forstbuckel. Als Errichter benennt die Inschrift Valentin Kautzmann, der zwischen 1596 und 1607 als Pfarrer im Dorf wirkte, sowie Caspar Schmidt. Bei diesem Namen handelt es sich um den Erbauer des ältesten Großrinderfelder Fachwerkhauses zwischen heutigem Rathaus und der Kirche St. Michael. Dieser war gleichzeitig Schultheiß und kurmainzischer Bürgermeister. dritter Stifter des Bildstocks wird auf dem Sockel „Pauer Schenk zu Grossenrinderfeld" aufgeführt. |
