Deutsch: Ein Gebäude mit zwei turmartigen Erkern ließ sich in der Nähe des
Rathauses 1683 der wohlhabende Handelsmann Georg Heinrich Faust errichten. Faust stammte aus einer Künzelsauer Gerberfamilie und brachte es durch Handel zu Wohlstand. Das Kloster Komburg erwarb 1717 von den Herren von Stetten wieder Anteile von Künzelsau. Komburg wurde damit wieder Ganerbe und beauftragte Johann Adam Faust, die Interessen Komburgs als Rat und Amtmann zu vertreten. Nach vielen Besitzerwechseln wurde das Gebäude vom Kaufmann Georg Münch 1905 erworben. Ab 2010 wurde es gründlich saniert und zusammen mit dem Würzburger Amtshaus und Neubauten in die Hotelanlage „Anne- Sophie“ der Würth-Gruppe einbezogen. |
