Deutsch: 1900 von Wilhelm Seifferer, einem Aalener Brauerei- und Gastwirtssohn als eigenes Wohnhaus an der Curfeßstraße 14 erstellt, dessen schöner Garten heute als „Stadtgarten“ bekannt und beliebt. Wilhelm Seifferer, zum Bauwerksmeister an der Baugewerkeschule in Stuttgart ausgebildet, baute u.a. 1881 bis 1883 die Wasseralfinger St. Stephanus-Kirche und ganze Straßenzüge in Aalen. Die Villa zeigt in seiner repräsentativen Ausstattung mit Stuckdecken, Eingangshalle mit Treppenanlage, ornamentalem Fliesenboden und Wandbekleidungen verschiedene Stilelemente des Historismus im Übergang zum Jugendstil. Die Kreishandwerkerschaft Ostalb ist der jetzige Eigentümerin des Gebäudes. |
