Description
English: Ba Son naval factory under the French Navy, it was created in 1884, not only for the purpose of repairing ships passing or staying in the Far East but also building ships. Under the command of the Admiral-Commander of the Navy, Ba Son factory consists of many different workshops, with 2,500 workers under the management of 60 Europeans.
Tiếng Việt: Cơ xưởng hải quân Ba Son trực thuộc Bộ Hải quân Pháp, ra đời vào năm 1884, không chỉ nhằm mục đích sửa chữa tàu bè qua lại hoặc lưu trú tại khu vực Viễn Đông mà còn chế tạo tàu biển. Dưới sự chỉ huy của Đô đốc-Tư lệnh Hải quân, cơ xưởng Ba Son gồm nhiều phân xưởng khác nhau, với 2.500 thợ chịu sự quản lý của 60 người Âu.
