Description
English: Inside the fuselage of Avro Lancaster FM159. Looking forward from behind the main wing spar running vertically across the fuselage. Beyond the spar on left side is the wireless operator's position. Wireless equipment is visible beyond the operator's position facing rearward.

This photograph shows what an obstacle the wing spar presented to crew.
There is currently a clear partition across the fuselage above the spar which would not have been there in operation, it is presumably there to avoid public risk to visitors climbing over the spar.

At the Bomber Command museum of Canada, Nanton Alberta.
