A former merchant-burgher-office building, neo-renaissance-eclectic, built in 1873. Designed by: Antal Wéber, two-storey corner house with representative doorway, plastic corner risalit, portico with columned balcony. - 'Banking House' Eclectic, 1873. Antal Wéber, Béla Ney architects. The third plot of land in the "house quadrangle" was purchased by Trade and Industry. The plans were submitted for approval on April 26, 1873. The blueprints have been left unsigned to us, the designers and Károly Hoffer as the builder are the determinants of Sándor Bálint. Tenants in 1874 Graselly and Ottovay ironware, Steiner and Reichman linen and lingerie, then Helena Papány's deli shop and M. Schatz's tailor shop, Danube insurance company. In 1876 the Norinberg and ornamental goods shop of the Groszmann brothers was located here. In 1881 Dezső Pick law firm. In 1882, Antal Felmayer's Deli shop 'To the Black Dog'.
