Summary
[edit]DescriptionLamp Post at Langford Station (geograph 6501049).jpg |
English: Lamp Post at Langford Station This is the site of Langford railway station which closed in 1962. Nothing much remains except this old concrete lamp post which amazingly is still standing nearly 60 years later. You can see it on Ben Brooksbank's picture of the station when it was open SP2501 : Kelmscott & Langford station with train, 1959. As you see, the site hasn't been developed and is now just a bit of waste ground. |
