The sketch represents thesemi-detached residence of Mrs.Martha E. Smith and her son,Walter B. Smith, now beingbuilt on the corner of Prospectand Central Avenues, Hacken-sack Heights. Being situated onone of the highest points of theheights, it will overlook the entiretown, and will be a notable ad-dition to the beautiful residencesalready erected in that delightfullocality.
