sink, pump, and large closet.The pantry is fitted with dresser, drawers and shelves.There are three chambers with good closets on secondfloor, with good stairs to attic, where there is space for tworooms. Outside blinds to all windows. The two chimneysare arched together above roof. Heights of stones : First, 8 feet 8 inches ; second, 8feet; cellar, 6 feet 6 inches. Size of building, 18 feet x 36 feet, not including sideporch. Finish, hard white plaster throughout house; spruceflooring on all floors, with pine trim, finished natural m allrooms and staircase ; front door glazed with French glass ;picture molding and pretty mantel in living-room anddining-room. There are also a cistern to catch ram water for use ofhouse, and a cesspool and yard house.House is piped for furnace. Bathroom could be put in over pantry, with plumbingfixtures complete, if desired. The house would be suitable for a 25-foot lot by omit-ting side porch and putting one on front. 40 LAMBERTS SUBURBAN ARCHITECTURE.
