  • Subjects (LCSH): Lake Washington Boulevard (Seattle, Wash.); Seward Park (Seattle, Wash.); Washington, Lake (Wash.); Lakes--Washington (State)--Seattle; Streets--Washington (State)--Seattle; Houseboats--Washington (State)--Seattle; Parks--Washington (State)--Seattle; Rainier, Mount (Wash.)

Apparently this is around present-day Colman Park. Seward Park is barely to be seen here, just some trees in the distance. That street running off Lake Washington Boulevard to the right, headed up the hill, is Lake Park Drive S., on the east side of Mount Baker Park.vMount Rainier in the distance. The building built over the water, atop a pier, is the old Mount Baker boathouse, long gone. Any "houseboat" as listed by the University of Washington Libraries' metadata isn't obvious.
