Horemheb entre Osiris (à gauche) portant le fouet et le sceptre royaux et Hathor (à droite) Maîtresse de l'Ouest, du Ciel et de tous les Dieux. Elle porte une perruque inhabituelle à bandes superposées, au-dessus les cornes de vache enfermant le disque solaire. Horemheb a été le dernier pharaon de la XVIIIème dynastie. Il a rétabli le culte d'Amon en s'efforçant d'effacer toutes traces du prédécesseur de Toutankhamon, son père Aménophis IV : Akhénaton. |
