En mai 1909, peu de temps après son mariage avec l’artiste peintre d’origine américaine, Adeline Oppenheim, Hector Guimard (1867-1942) achète un terrain au 122, avenue Mozart et y fait construire un hôtel particulier. autre vue de la salle à manger www.flickr.com/photos/dalbera/5128673210/

Cet hôtel est vendu en 1948. Madame Guimard donne à la Ville de Paris la salle à manger conçue par Hector Guimard vers 1909 et réalisée en bois de poirier.
